VoIP Systems

Turn your network into a phone system.

Traditional phone lines charge you for hardware, per-line rental and every call. A VoIP system runs over the network you already pay for, and adds the things a copper line never could: an auto-attendant, call queues, voicemail to email, and a record of who called and when.

We design the dial plan around how your business actually answers calls, install it without disrupting the working day, and stay on hand afterwards.

What's included

Scope, stated upfront.

  • Requirement and network check

We confirm your bandwidth, switching and cabling can carry voice cleanly before proposing anything.

  • IP PBX setup

On-premise or hosted, with extensions, ring groups, queues and out-of-hours routing configured for your workflow.

  • IVR and auto-attendant

A menu that gets callers to the right person quickly — recorded in your own voice or professionally.

  • Handsets and softphones

Desk phones where they are wanted, mobile and desktop softphones for staff who move.

  • Call reporting and recording

Know call volumes, missed calls and response times; record calls where policy and law allow it.

  • Number porting and provider setup

Keep your published numbers; we coordinate the trunk or SIP provider connection.

Who it's for

Typical deployments.

Multi-department offices

Extensions, transfers and hunt groups so no call dies at an unattended desk.

Sales and support teams

Queues, reporting and recording that show what is actually being answered.

Companies with remote staff

One phone system that reaches the desk, the laptop and the mobile alike.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises.

Step 01

Consult & survey

We look at the site or the setup, listen to the problem behind the request, and write down the constraints before quoting.

Step 02

Design & quote

A specification you can actually read: what goes where, which brands, what it costs, and what it excludes.

Step 03

Deploy & train

Clean installation, tested on handover, with your team shown how to use it.

Step 04

Support & maintain

Scheduled maintenance and a support line that reaches people who know your installation.

Questions

Asked before every quote.

Will we keep our current numbers?

In most cases yes. Number portability depends on your current provider and service type, and we check it before you commit so there are no surprises mid-migration.

What happens if the internet goes down?

We plan for it: calls can fail over to mobile numbers automatically, and a backup connection or PSTN gateway can be part of the design if call continuity is business-critical.

Do we need new cabling?

Often not. If your network is already delivering data to the desks, it can usually carry voice. The pre-install check tells you either way rather than assuming.

Can staff working from home use the same system?

Yes. A softphone on a laptop or mobile behaves as a normal extension — same number, same transfers, same voicemail.
