Mobile Apps

Put your business in your customer's pocket.

An app is worth building when it removes a real friction — booking, ordering, tracking, reporting from the field. If a website already does the job well, we will say so rather than sell you an app.

When it is the right answer, we scope it tightly, ship a first version people can actually use, and plan the maintenance from the start — because an app that stops being updated stops working.

What's included

Scope, stated upfront.

  • Scoping and user flows

What the app must do in version one, and what deliberately waits for version two.

  • Interface design

Screens designed against the platform conventions your users already know.

  • iOS and Android build

One codebase where it makes sense, native where the app genuinely needs it.

  • Backend and integrations

APIs, accounts, notifications and links into the systems you already run.

  • Testing on real devices

Verified on actual phones and screen sizes, not only in a simulator.

  • Store submission

Developer accounts, listing assets and the review process handled for you.

Who it's for

Typical deployments.

Service businesses

Bookings, job tracking and customer notifications in one place.

Retail and delivery

Ordering and status updates that reduce phone calls to your staff.

Field teams

Data capture and reporting from site, working offline where coverage is poor.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises.

Step 01

Consult & survey

We look at the site or the setup, listen to the problem behind the request, and write down the constraints before quoting.

Step 02

Design & quote

A specification you can actually read: what goes where, which brands, what it costs, and what it excludes.

Step 03

Deploy & train

Clean installation, tested on handover, with your team shown how to use it.

Step 04

Support & maintain

Scheduled maintenance and a support line that reaches people who know your installation.

Specification

The technical detail.

Mobile Apps — technical options
PlatformsiOS and Android; a responsive web app when that serves the goal better
ApproachCross-platform for shared logic, native modules where hardware access requires it
BackendREST APIs, authentication, push notifications, admin dashboard
Offline behaviourLocal caching and queued sync for field use with patchy signal
TestingReal-device testing across a spread of OS versions and screen sizes
After launchMaintenance plan for OS updates, store policy changes and fixes

Questions

Asked before every quote.

Do I need an app or just a good website?

Frequently the website. An app earns its cost when users return often, need offline access, or need device features like the camera or notifications. If your case does not meet that bar, we will tell you.

How much does it cost?

It scales with the number of screens and integrations, which is why scoping comes first. A tightly-scoped version one is almost always the better commercial decision.

Who owns the code?

You do. Source code and store accounts are yours, and handover includes both.

What happens after launch?

Apple and Google change requirements regularly, so an app needs periodic maintenance to keep working. We quote that as an ongoing plan rather than pretending launch is the finish line.
