Will my email keep working during a migration?
That is the part we plan most carefully. Mail is queued and DNS is cut over at a low-traffic time, so messages sent during the switch are delivered rather than bounced.
Do you provide SSL?
Yes, and it is installed and renewed as part of the service. A browser warning on your site costs you visitors immediately.
How often are backups taken?
On a schedule agreed with you, with a stated retention period. We also verify that a restore actually works — the only test that means anything.
Can you host a site someone else built?
Usually yes. We review it first for anything that would break in a new environment and tell you what needs changing before the move.
