How many cameras do I need?
It depends on the entrances, blind spots and what you need to prove if something goes wrong — not on floor area alone. The site survey answers this before you commit to anything, and we will tell you if fewer cameras in better positions would serve you better.
Can I watch the cameras from my phone?
Yes. We configure mobile and desktop access during installation and show you how to use it, including how to export a clip you may need to hand over.
How long is footage kept?
You choose the retention period — commonly 15 to 30 days — and we size the storage to match it. Longer retention simply means more disk space.
Are there approvals needed in Dubai?
Security system installation in Dubai is regulated, and requirements differ by premises type. We will tell you upfront which approvals your site needs and what documentation is involved before work starts.
